Welcome to The Extraordinary Travelling Film Show, a pop-up cinema showing great films in unique places. We have an exciting range of events coming up over the next few months. There will be more screenings at the UK’s Highest Cinema at The View from the Shard as well as plenty of outdoor cinema screenings on the Isle of Wight and around the South East. Join our mailing list to be the first to hear about new events!

In partnership with Bird’s Eye View, whose mission is to celebrate the female contribution to film, new and old, we’re also starting a unique pop-up film club in Vauxhall, London. It's a temporary community events space in the heart of Lambeth, previously the London Fire Brigade fire engine workshops. We’ll show the best new or classic films by women from around the world – ones you may have missed on release or not seen in a while – followed by an interesting Q&A with expert speakers such as filmmakers and critics. See below for more details!

Starring David Oyelowo and Rosamund Pike, this is a moving true story set in Botswana and London in 1947. The film is written and directed by Amma Assante who grew up in South London near Vauxhall, so we thought it would be perfect to show here. Tickets include a delicious complimentary mocktail and there will be a Q&A afterwards with Mia Bays who runs Birds Eye View.  She’ll be joined by a film critic and filmmaker in a thought provoking debate that will definitely enhance the viewing experience.
